Senior Advisor to the Vice President of the business line as part of a diagnosis of our transformation capacity, the development of a structured approach to transformation and the delivery of a training program for the management team. Development of business architecture, project management for Social CRM, conducting a benchmarking study of 10 manufacturing companies on best practices implementation strategies Multi-Channel Contact Centres & Social CRM coaching and strategic planning for the After-Sale Service sector.

Project manager for the optimization of S & OP (sales & operations) for the Parts Division, Accessories and Clothing.

Development of the monitoring dashboard benefits for the SAP-SCM project.

The Founder

Roger Tremblay possesses 25 years of experience in operations management, strategy and project management. Leading his own company since 2009, he first started by cumulating ten years of experience in customer service and sales, then adding ten more as a specialist in strategy and project management at PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM Global Business Services. Part of the MIT Sloan Executive Education program with extensive experience in both the Canadian and US markets, Roger serves his clients in both French and English.
